吕备，男，汉族，1983 年11 月生，江苏南京市人。

一、学习经历

1999 年9 月-2004 年6 月南京晓庄学院教育科学学院教育学专科学历。

2004 年09 月-2007 年06 月南京师范大学文学院汉语言文学专业获学士学位。

2008 年01 月-2010 年12 月扬州大学英语教育专业获硕士学位。

2017 年01 月-2019 年12 月泰国正大管理学院工商管理专业获博士学位。

2020 年6 月-至今英国利兹大学商学院人力资源领域Visiting Research Fellow。

2020 年7 月-至今河南大学博士后。

二、工作经历

2004 年08 月-2020 年6 月，在南京市光华东街小学与南京市建邺路小学从事教学工作。

2019 年9 月-2020 年5 月兼任泰国正大管理学院硕士研究生指导教师工作（讲师）。

2020 年6 月-至今淮北师范大学经济与管理学院讲师。
